Privacy Notice

Privacy Through Design
OMNI (Observable Matrix Network Information) is designed with privacy as one of its core principles. OMNI only collects
information that is necessary to operate the Player Profile, maintain account security, provide access to OMNI
applications and games, preserve player progress, and continue improving the platform. Rather than collecting
unnecessary personal information and requiring users to manage complex privacy settings, OMNI is designed to minimize
the collection and public display of personal information wherever possible. Your personal information is not treated as
a product. OMNI does not sell, trade, or provide user information to third parties for monetary gain, advertising
purposes, or exploitation. This Privacy Notice explains what information OMNI collects, why it is collected, how it is
used, and the choices available to users. This Privacy Notice should be read together with the OMNI Terms of Use.

OMNI does not provide unrestricted public chat systems, open forums, or user-uploaded public media. Communication
features are intentionally limited to protect privacy and encourage respectful interaction.

is required only for the functionality of the Guilds system. Your birth date is private and will never be displayed
publicly. Your age is also never displayed publicly. The information that may be publicly displayed is the associated

future planning.

* Server requirements and regional accessibility needs.
* General active and inactive user trends.

players to join. Publicly shared statistics will not include private user information. OMNI will never sell personal
information, analytics, or user data to third parties or associates for monetary gain, advertising, or exploitation.

OMNI remains committed to its privacy-first philosophy:
Collect only what is necessary, protect what is collected, and respect the privacy of every player.
