1. Introduction
Welcome to OMNI (Observable Matrix Network Information).
OMNI is a freely accessible collection of web-based applications, games, and creative projects developed and maintained by the solo Canadian developer known as Hayleyien. Its primary experience is the role-playing game Ashkinetic, alongside a growing collection of connected applications including multiplayer games, creative tools, reference databases, social features, calendars, player profiles, and story resources.
OMNI exists to make interactive software, stories, and creative projects freely available to everyone. Every service within OMNI is intended to remain accessible without subscriptions, mandatory purchases, or paywalls. The purpose of these Terms of Use is not to restrict creativity, but to explain how OMNI operates, protect the privacy of its users, preserve fair access to the services, and establish a clear understanding between you and the developer.
OMNI is an evolving project. New applications, features, events, and content may be added over time while remaining part of the same connected platform. Although individual applications may have unique functionality, these Terms apply to your use of OMNI as a whole unless otherwise stated.
OMNI is designed with privacy as one of its core principles. Unlike many online services, OMNI does not provide public usernames, public profiles containing personal information, unrestricted chat systems, or user-uploaded media. The platform is intentionally designed to minimize the sharing of personal information while still allowing players to participate in shared experiences across its connected applications.
These Terms should be read together with the OMNI Privacy Notice, which explains how personal information is collected, stored, and protected. The Privacy Notice forms a separate document and is incorporated into your use of OMNI by reference.
By using OMNI, you become part of a community built around creativity, learning, storytelling, and respectful participation. Whether you are exploring Ashkinetic, collecting cards, participating in seasonal events, browsing the Codex, or using any future OMNI application, these Terms exist to help ensure the platform remains welcoming, fair, and freely accessible for everyone.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using OMNI, creating an account, or using any application, game, website, or service provided through OMNI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the accompanying Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use OMNI.
OMNI is intended to be accessible worldwide through its web-based services. By using OMNI, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as any applicable laws and regulations that apply within your jurisdiction.
These Terms apply to every service made available through OMNI, including both current and future applications, games, features, seasonal events, and community experiences, unless a specific service explicitly states otherwise.
Because OMNI is an actively developed project, new features and services may be introduced over time. Your continued use of OMNI after updates or additions become available constitutes your acceptance of those services under these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of OMNI or its associated projects to users. These Terms instead describe the conditions under which OMNI is made freely available for public use.
By continuing to use OMNI, you acknowledge and agree that the platform is provided in accordance with these Terms and that your participation helps maintain a respectful, privacy-focused, and freely accessible community for everyone.
3. About OMNI
OMNI, short for Observable Matrix Network Information, is a collection of interconnected web-based applications, games, databases, and creative projects developed and maintained by the solo Canadian developer known as Hayleyien.
The primary experience within OMNI is Ashkinetic, a role-playing game that shares its world with a variety of companion applications and services. Together, these projects are designed to create a connected ecosystem where information, progression, and experiences can be shared across multiple applications through a single player account.
At the time of publication, OMNI includes or may include features such as:
* Ashkinetic, the role-playing game.
* A multiplayer Trading Card Game.
* A Sandbox experience set within the world of Ashkinetic.
* A community-focused Guilds application.
* A modern Luni-Solar Calendar application.
* The Elements Wheel and its associated quests.
* A Timeline application documenting the story and world.
* The Codex, containing reference information, lore, and the Ashkinetic Compendium.
* A unified Player Profile that stores your progress and information across OMNI.
These projects may expand, change, or grow over time as development continues. New applications and features may be introduced without changing the overall purpose of OMNI as a connected collection of freely accessible creative works.
OMNI is provided as a web-based platform and requires an internet connection in order to access account-specific features and synchronize player information across its applications.
OMNI is intended to remain free to access. Access to the platform does not require subscriptions, mandatory purchases, premium memberships, or microtransactions. Any in-game currencies, unlockable items, cosmetics, or rewards are earned through participation within OMNI and do not require payment with real-world money.
Seasonal events, recurring activities, tournaments, championships, and limited-time content may be offered throughout the year. Certain rewards may only be available during specific event cycles. Unless otherwise stated, these events are intended to return according to their respective schedules, allowing future opportunities to obtain event-related content.
OMNI is an actively developed project. New ideas, applications, mechanics, and creative works may be added over time while remaining part of the same connected platform. Every effort is made to communicate significant updates through official OMNI announcements and newsletters so that users remain informed about the continued development of the project.
4. Eligibility
OMNI is intended to be welcoming and accessible to users around the world.
Because OMNI is designed to provide content suitable for a general audience, all official applications and games are developed with the goal of remaining appropriate for users of all ages. The content of OMNI is intended to fall within the equivalent of an "Everyone (E)" content rating.
By creating an OMNI account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are creating the account on your own behalf.
An OMNI account requires a valid email address and a secure password. Each email address may be used to create one account. Users may create additional accounts by registering with different email addresses if they choose to do so.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their accounts. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you should change your password immediately and contact OMNI Customer Support.
OMNI welcomes users from around the world. By using OMNI, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with any laws or regulations applicable in your own country or jurisdiction.
If you are using OMNI on behalf of another person or organization where permitted by law, you represent that you have the authority to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.
OMNI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its services when accounts are used for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the operation of OMNI, or in violation of these Terms of Use. Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary, users will generally receive advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before account restrictions are applied, as described later in these Terms.
5. OMNI Accounts
An OMNI account provides access to the connected applications, games, and services available through the OMNI platform. Creating an account allows your progress, achievements, collections, and other player information to be securely associated with your personal Player Profile across supported OMNI applications.
To create an account, you must provide:
* A valid email address.
* A secure password.
Each email address may only be associated with one OMNI account. If you wish to create additional accounts, you may do so by registering with different email addresses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You should take reasonable steps to protect your password and should not knowingly allow unauthorized access to your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission or that your account security has been compromised, you should change your password as soon as possible and contact OMNI Customer Support for assistance.
OMNI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that are used for unlawful purposes, attempts to interfere with the operation or security of OMNI, or repeated violations of these Terms of Use.
Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect OMNI, its users, or its services, OMNI will generally provide up to three warning emails before suspending, deleting, or permanently banning an account, giving the account holder an opportunity to correct the issue whenever reasonably possible.
Users may permanently delete their own accounts at any time using the available account management tools or by contacting Customer Support.
Accounts that remain inactive for thirty (30) consecutive years may be permanently removed from OMNI. Signing into your account at least once during any thirty-year period is sufficient to maintain an active account.
Should an unexpected server-side issue result in the loss of player progress, OMNI will make reasonable efforts to restore affected data whenever possible. If restoration is not possible, affected users may receive in-game compensation, such as virtual currency or commemorative items, at the sole discretion of the developer.
6. Player Privacy
Player privacy is one of the fundamental design principles of OMNI.
OMNI is intentionally designed to minimize the amount of personal information visible to other users. Unlike many online platforms, OMNI does not rely on public profiles, unrestricted social features, or user-generated content as a primary method of interaction.
Information associated with your OMNI account is intended to remain private unless you explicitly choose to share it outside of OMNI.
As part of this design philosophy:
* OMNI does not use public usernames.
* Real names are not displayed through OMNI services.
* Personal information is not shared with other users.
* Age and gender are not publicly displayed.
* OMNI does not provide unrestricted public chat.
* Communication features, where available, are limited to predefined statements designed to encourage respectful interaction while protecting user privacy.
* User-uploaded images, avatars, and other public media are not supported.
* Player avatars, where available, are selected from official OMNI content.
Because user-generated public content is intentionally limited, users are expected to respect the privacy of others both within and outside of OMNI. Attempting to collect, reveal, distribute, or publicly disclose another user's private information obtained through OMNI is strictly prohibited.
OMNI also asks users to respect the privacy of fellow players outside the platform. Personal information learned through friendships, associations, or participation within OMNI should never be publicly disclosed without the knowledge and consent of the individual involved.
Information collected to operate OMNI is handled in accordance with the separate Privacy Notice, which explains what information is collected, why it is collected, how it is protected, and the choices available to users regarding their personal information.
OMNI is committed to protecting user privacy not only through policy, but through thoughtful design. Many common online privacy concerns are avoided by intentionally limiting the collection and public display of personal information wherever reasonably possible.
7. Acceptable Use
OMNI is intended to be a welcoming, creative, and freely accessible platform for everyone. By using OMNI, you agree to use its applications, games, and services responsibly and in a manner that respects both the platform and the people who use it.
You may use OMNI for personal enjoyment, learning, exploration, creative inspiration, and participation in its games, events, and community experiences.
Because OMNI is developed as a public creative project, users are also welcome to study its publicly available work, learn from its ideas, and build their own original creations inspired by OMNI, provided such use remains consistent with these Terms.
When using OMNI, you agree that you will not:
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or services that do not belong to you.
* Intentionally interfere with the operation, security, or availability of OMNI or its connected services.
* Use OMNI for unlawful purposes or activities that violate applicable laws.
* Deliberately overwhelm or disrupt OMNI through automated or malicious activity intended to prevent others from accessing the platform.
* Knowingly misuse account recovery or password reset systems in a manner intended to harass, inconvenience, or disrupt another user.
OMNI is developed as an evolving collection of projects rather than a commercial online service. Users are encouraged to approach the platform with curiosity, creativity, patience, and respect as new features continue to be developed.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to discourage learning, experimentation, or creative exploration. OMNI welcomes curiosity, provided it does not interfere with the privacy, safety, or enjoyment of others or intentionally disrupt the operation of the platform.
8. Player Conduct
OMNI is built around respectful participation and a shared appreciation for creativity, storytelling, and exploration. Because OMNI intentionally limits many forms of user-generated content, player conduct is expected to reflect the same philosophy of respect and consideration for others.
While using OMNI, you agree to:
* Treat other users with respect.
* Respect the privacy of other players.
* Follow these Terms of Use.
* Respect official event rules when participating in tournaments, championships, or seasonal activities.
* Report serious security concerns or account issues through Customer Support whenever reasonably possible.
The following conduct is prohibited while using OMNI:
* Accessing or attempting to access another person's account without permission.
* Publicly revealing another person's private information obtained through OMNI or through associations formed within OMNI.
* Using OMNI to participate in illegal activities.
* Intentionally disrupting official tournaments, championships, seasonal events, or other organized activities.
* Attempting to interfere with the normal operation or security of OMNI.
OMNI is intentionally designed without unrestricted public chat, public usernames, user-uploaded media, or open forums. This greatly reduces many forms of online misconduct and helps create a safer and more privacy-focused experience for all users.
If a user is found to have violated these Terms, OMNI may issue warnings, temporarily suspend access, permanently remove accounts, or take other reasonable actions necessary to protect the platform and its community. Except where immediate action is necessary to protect users or OMNI itself, account actions will generally follow the warning process described elsewhere in these Terms.
OMNI recognizes that mistakes can happen. Whenever reasonably possible, users will be given the opportunity to correct issues before permanent account action is taken. The goal of these Terms is to encourage respectful participation rather than unnecessary punishment.
9. Seasonal Events, Tournaments & Rewards
OMNI regularly features seasonal events, recurring activities, championships, tournaments, and other special experiences that allow players to earn unique in-game rewards through participation.
Many events are connected to the world, story, or calendar of OMNI and may occur on recurring schedules. Some events may return every year, while others may return on longer cycles, such as every four or nine years, depending on their place within the OMNI universe.
Certain rewards, cosmetic items, badges, achievements, titles, or collectibles may only be obtainable during specific event periods. Unless otherwise announced, these rewards are intended to become available again when their associated event returns.
Championships and tournaments are official activities conducted entirely within OMNI. Participation is subject to any event-specific rules that may be published at the time of the event.
Tournament rewards may include virtual currency, commemorative badges, cosmetic items, achievements, or other in-game recognition. These rewards exist solely within OMNI and have no monetary value outside the platform.
If scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical circumstances require an event to be interrupted, postponed, or temporarily unavailable, OMNI will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance whenever possible. Events that cannot proceed as scheduled will generally be rescheduled rather than permanently cancelled.
OMNI reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to event schedules, participation requirements, reward distribution, or event mechanics when necessary to maintain the stability, fairness, or continued operation of the platform. Whenever practical, significant changes will be communicated through official OMNI announcements or newsletters.
Participation in seasonal events and tournaments is entirely optional. Choosing not to participate in an event will not affect access to OMNI or its other applications and services.
10. Virtual Currency & In-Game Items
OMNI includes virtual currencies, collectible items, cosmetics, achievements, badges, and other digital content that may be earned through gameplay and participation.
OMNI is committed to remaining free to access. Access to the platform will not require subscriptions, mandatory purchases, or microtransactions. All virtual currencies and in-game items are intended to be earned through gameplay, exploration, participation, and experience within OMNI.
Virtual currencies and in-game items exist solely as part of the OMNI experience. They are not real-world property, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged by OMNI for money or financial compensation.
Because OMNI does not sell virtual currency or in-game items for real-world money, users should not expect any virtual item to carry monetary value outside the platform.
Cosmetic items, collectibles, achievements, event rewards, and similar content may become available through gameplay, seasonal events, tournaments, or other official OMNI activities. Availability may change over time as new content is introduced.
OMNI may introduce new virtual items, currencies, collections, or rewards as development continues. Existing items may receive updates or additional functionality where appropriate in order to support the continued growth of the platform.
In the unlikely event that server-side issues result in the loss of virtual items or player progress, OMNI will make reasonable efforts to restore affected data whenever possible. Where restoration cannot reasonably be completed, appropriate in-game compensation may be provided at the discretion of the developer.
Virtual currency, rewards, and digital items are provided for enjoyment within OMNI and are intended to enhance the player experience rather than represent financial assets or investments.
11. Open Access & Community Philosophy
OMNI is built around the belief that creative works, information, and interactive experiences should be accessible to everyone. The purpose of OMNI is to create a freely available collection of games, applications, stories, and resources that can be explored, enjoyed, studied, and built upon by anyone. The platform is designed around openness, creativity, curiosity, and the sharing of ideas rather than restricting access through financial barriers.
OMNI is committed to remaining free to access. Access to the platform will not require subscriptions, mandatory purchases, or microtransactions. The development philosophy of OMNI is centered around the idea that creativity grows when people are able to learn from, interact with, and contribute to the things around them. Users are encouraged to explore the projects within OMNI, share their experiences, create content based on their enjoyment of the platform, and use OMNI as inspiration for their own creative works.
Unless otherwise stated, OMNI projects are intended to be openly accessible for personal use, educational purposes, creative exploration, and community participation.
Users may share OMNI-related experiences through forms of media such as videos, streams, written content, artwork, discussions, or other forms of expression. Sharing, discussing, and celebrating OMNI is encouraged.
OMNI does not seek to restrict creativity. However, the spirit of the project is that new creations should become something of their own rather than simply reproducing OMNI unchanged for personal profit.
The purpose of this distinction is not to prevent people from learning from, modifying, or building upon OMNI, but to preserve the idea that creative works should continue to represent the effort and imagination of the people who create them.
OMNI is not designed around competition for financial gain. Its purpose is to provide experiences, stories, and tools that can be enjoyed freely by a global community. By participating in OMNI, users help preserve an environment based on respect, creativity, privacy, and accessibility.
12. Partnered Content
OMNI may occasionally include content created through partnerships or collaborations with other creators, including but not limited to artists, musicians, writers, developers, organizations, or other contributors.
Partnered content may include artwork, music, writing, designs, branding elements, or other creative works contributed specifically for use within OMNI projects.
OMNI respects the creative contributions of its partners and recognizes that some partnered content may have different ownership, usage, or distribution requirements than other OMNI materials.
Unless otherwise agreed upon with the contributor, partnered content may be subject to specific permissions, restrictions, or attribution requirements. If a contributor requests that their work not be included under the same open-access philosophy as other OMNI content, the applicable Terms, credits, or documentation may be updated to reflect those requirements.
OMNI may provide appropriate credit and recognition to contributors whose work is included within the platform.
The inclusion of partnered content does not change the overall purpose of OMNI. The platform remains committed to being freely accessible while respecting the rights, wishes, and creative ownership of individuals who contribute to its development.
Users should respect any specific notices, credits, or restrictions associated with partnered content and should not assume that all content within OMNI has identical usage permissions.
13. Service Availability
OMNI is provided as a web-based platform that requires an active internet connection to access account-based features, synchronize player information, and interact with connected applications and services.
OMNI is intended to remain available whenever reasonably possible. However, because OMNI relies on internet infrastructure, hosting services, and technical systems, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
* Scheduled maintenance.
* Technical updates.
* Server maintenance or migration.
* Hosting-related issues.
* Internet service interruptions.
* Security concerns.
* Circumstances outside of reasonable control.
Whenever possible, planned maintenance that may affect access to OMNI will be announced in advance through official OMNI communication channels, including newsletters or other available announcements. If unexpected technical issues occur, OMNI will make reasonable efforts to restore access and communicate important information to users as soon as practical.
Because OMNI is developed and maintained as an independent project, certain maintenance periods, updates, or technical decisions may occur based on available development time and resources. OMNI remains committed to transparency and will provide reasonable notice regarding significant service changes whenever possible.
Temporary inability to access OMNI does not remove ownership of your account or your associated player information. OMNI will make reasonable efforts to preserve account information and restore normal service following technical interruptions.
14. Updates & Changes
OMNI is an evolving collection of applications, games, and creative projects. As development continues, features, content, systems, and services may be updated, improved, expanded, or adjusted.
Updates may include:
* New applications or features.
* Improvements to existing systems.
* New story content.
* Seasonal events and activities.
* Gameplay adjustments.
* Technical improvements.
* Changes required to maintain the continued operation of OMNI.
OMNI is committed to keeping users informed about meaningful updates and changes. Significant changes affecting the platform, services, or user experience will be communicated through official OMNI announcements, including newsletters when appropriate.
The developer may update, improve, or modify OMNI in order to continue development, fix technical issues, improve accessibility, maintain security, or expand the overall experience.
Content within OMNI is intended to remain available whenever reasonably possible. While the removal of existing content is not expected to be a common occurrence, changes may occasionally be necessary due to technical requirements, contributor agreements, or other circumstances.
If content created by partnered contributors requires different permissions, usage conditions, or removal requests, OMNI may update its documentation or applicable Terms to reflect those requirements.
Updates to these Terms of Use themselves will only occur when necessary, such as changes to OMNI's services, additional partnerships, legal requirements, or changes to how the platform operates. When significant changes are made, users will be notified through appropriate OMNI communication channels.
Continued use of OMNI after updates or changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Account Suspension & Termination
OMNI is intended to be an open, welcoming, and respectful platform for everyone. Account suspension and termination are intended to protect the security, privacy, and continued availability of OMNI rather than restrict normal use or creative exploration.
OMNI may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account when necessary, including in situations where an account is used to:
* Access another person's account without permission.
* Attempt to compromise the security of OMNI or its services.
* Interfere with the operation or availability of OMNI.
* Use OMNI for unlawful activities.
* Repeatedly violate these Terms of Use.
* Seriously harm the privacy, safety, or experience of other users.
Whenever reasonably possible, OMNI will provide users with an opportunity to address concerns before permanent action is taken.
Except in situations where immediate action is necessary to protect OMNI, its users, or its services, users whose accounts are at risk of suspension, deletion, or permanent banning will generally receive up to three warning emails explaining the issue and providing reasonable opportunity for correction.
The purpose of warnings is to encourage communication and resolution whenever possible. OMNI recognizes that misunderstandings, mistakes, and technical issues can occur, and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve problems before permanent account action is taken.
In cases involving serious security threats, illegal activity, intentional abuse of the platform, or actions that may significantly harm other users, OMNI may take immediate action when necessary.
If an account is suspended or terminated, access to OMNI applications, games, services, and associated Player Profile information may be restricted or removed depending on the circumstances.
Termination of an account does not remove a user's responsibility for actions taken before termination or prevent OMNI from taking appropriate steps to protect the platform and its users.
16. Account Deletion & Inactive Accounts
Users may choose to delete their OMNI account at any time. Account deletion requests may be completed through available account management options or by contacting OMNI Customer Support at:
support@hayleyien.ca
Deleting an account removes access to the associated OMNI Player Profile and connected services. Certain information may be retained where necessary for legitimate technical, security, or legal purposes, as described in the OMNI Privacy Notice.
Users should understand that deleting an account may permanently remove associated progress, achievements, collections, event rewards, and other account-based information. Once deleted, account restoration may not be possible.
OMNI accounts that remain inactive for thirty (30) consecutive years may be considered abandoned and may be removed.
An account remains active as long as the user signs in at least once during any thirty-year period. The purpose of this policy is not to remove active community members, but to allow the long-term maintenance of unused accounts if they have remained inaccessible for an extended period of time.
Before an inactive account reaches the point where deletion may occur, OMNI may attempt to provide notification through the email address associated with the account when reasonably possible.
Inactive account deletion does not affect the availability of OMNI as a public project, nor does it prevent users from creating a new account in the future.
17. Support
OMNI is committed to providing support for users who experience issues while using the platform. If you experience problems with OMNI Launcher, Ashkinetic, any OMNI application, account access, technical issues, or other concerns related to the services, you may contact OMNI Customer Support at:

Support requests may include, but are not limited to:
* Account access issues.
* Technical problems.
* Bugs or unexpected behavior.
* Questions about OMNI features.
* Concerns regarding privacy or account security.
When contacting Support, users are encouraged to provide enough information to help identify and resolve the issue, such as a description of the problem, the affected application, and any relevant details about when the issue occurred.
OMNI will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests and assist users where possible. However, response times may vary depending on the nature of the issue, development schedules, and available resources.
Because OMNI is independently developed and maintained, support is provided on a best-effort basis. While every effort is made to help users and improve the platform, immediate assistance or guaranteed resolution cannot always be provided. Feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and ideas from users are welcomed. Community feedback helps guide improvements and future development of OMNI.
18. Disclaimers
OMNI is provided as an evolving collection of free web-based applications, games, and creative projects. While reasonable efforts are made to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience, OMNI is provided on an "as available" basis.
OMNI does not guarantee that:
* The platform will always be available without interruption.
* Every feature will always operate without errors.
* All technical issues will be immediately resolved.
* All devices, browsers, or internet connections will provide identical experiences.
Temporary interruptions, bugs, technical limitations, or unexpected issues may occur as part of maintaining and developing an evolving digital platform. OMNI makes reasonable efforts to protect player information and maintain service reliability. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account credentials.
OMNI is not responsible for issues caused by circumstances outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to:
* User internet connection problems.
* Device or browser compatibility issues.
* Third-party infrastructure failures.
* External service interruptions.
* Events beyond the reasonable control of the developer.

The developer may continue improving, expanding, changing, or maintaining OMNI based on available resources, technical requirements, and the overall direction of the project. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable laws.
19. Limitation of Liability
OMNI is created and provided as a free-access creative platform. The developer behind OMNI makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security, and quality of the services; however, as an independently developed project, certain limitations exist.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OMNI and its developer shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unexpected damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon OMNI or any associated application, service, feature, or content.
This may include, but is not limited to:
* Temporary loss of access to OMNI.
* Loss of player progress due to technical issues.
* Loss of virtual items, achievements, or account-related information.
* Issues caused by internet connections, devices, browsers, or external services.
* Interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Where a server-side issue results in loss of player progress or account-related information, OMNI will make reasonable efforts to restore affected information whenever possible. If restoration is not possible, OMNI may provide reasonable in-game compensation, such as virtual currency, items, or other rewards, where appropriate.
Because OMNI is provided free of charge, users acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that the platform is used at their own discretion. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any legal rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable laws.
